Inner superhero is a campaign to improve confidence and participation of physical activity within families. Being active shouldn't be a burden but something fun to explore as a family.

We really believe that realising your inner superhero is an important thing for both adult and child alike. For parents it's recognising that what you do everyday is a superhero act, to raise a family and balance life, that takes power!
For children, inner superhero is a way of connecting with our children's imagination to teach them the importance of physical activity to become mighty, both physically and mentally.

Sometimes we can feel a bit daunted by the thought of physical activity but we want to make it fun. We encourage family participation in active games. Just put on your inner superhero mask and feel powerful!
